Can you work directly from a photo scan?
Yes, in fact this is the best way ‘to do’ photo restoration. There’s no need for posting physical photos in the post.
Can you scan my photos?
We can scan your photos for you. Be sure to post your photos via Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure they never get lost in the post.
Can you retrieve scans and negatives?
Slides and negatives can be restored by us, it’s a similar effort to scanning traditional photos. Be sure to use the Special delivery as above.
Can you print my photos?
Yes definitely! Our prints are amazingly good – We use Fujicolour Crystal Archive paper and print on a Fujifilm Frontier 570 Digital Lab. In short, great equipment for stellar prints.
Do you keep my photos on file?
We never delete our photo restorations, so if you would like photo prints months later; we’ll still have the digital files available for you.
How long does it take to restore photos?
Generally one or two days depending on the amount/restoration needed. We provide you with updates via E-mail, so you can see how your photo restoration is progressing.
