We only deal with photos scanned by you, as this allows us to get to work right away. No extra postage costs, no risk of loss, just instant photo restoration without any hassles.

It’s impossible for a scanned photo to go missing, as Emails are instant and accessible on many different devices. When we receive your photo scan, we can start work right away and often have the finished photo back to you on the same day, this level of promptness is simply impossible when you use traditional postal services.

Sometimes it boils down to price at the end of the day. Thanks to the ability to scan photos, this allows our restoration service to be a bit cheaper than our other packages.

Terms and Conditions

1. £25 is the base cost of this service. Photos may be quoted more due to their damages/condition.
2. Please save your scans in JPEG Format or TIFF format, .PDF may not be accepted.
3. Payment can be made via BACS (Sort and Account number to be provided). PayPal invoices can be issued, but incur a 5% fee.
4. This service only covers photos sized upto 10x8". Larger photos will fall under the 'Big Sizes and Bundles' Package.
